GoLilla, a start-up founded in 2022 under the Adeo Group—home to major brands like Leroy Merlin, Tecnomat, and Bricocenter in Italy—is focused on delivering complex shipments efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Our initial aim,” explains Enrico Rubiero, General Manager of GoLilla, “was to centralise the delivery processes of Adeo Group’s three Italian brands to streamline transport and enhance sustainability. Now, we’re rapidly growing and expanding our logistics network externally, always prioritising the quality of customer experiences.
To deliver excellent service and streamline logistics processes, GoLilla adopted PTV OptiFlow—PTV Logistics’ cloud-based platform for dynamic transport planning and optimisation.
“The complexity of our deliveries, often on the floor and with time constraints, prompted us to look for a solution capable of responding in real time to many variables,” says Massimiliano Minori, Process Engineering Manager at GoLilla. “PTV OptiFlow allowed us to precisely manage vehicle saturation, cross-reference customer requirements and optimise routes. The result was immediate: halved delivery times and a 15% reduction in the number of vehicles used.”
At the heart of GoLilla’s strategy is a personalised delivery experience. With PTV OptiFlow, the company introduced a dynamic scheduling system that allows customers to choose the most convenient time slot from those available—based on real-time load capacity and optimised routing.
“The figure that surprised us,” Minori adds, “is that over 40 per cent of customers do not choose the fastest slot, but the most convenient one. This confirms to us how important it is to offer flexibility while still guaranteeing efficiency.”

PTV OptiFlow’s algorithm processes a wide range of variables—including product type and size, delivery location accessibility, logistical constraints, and available resources. The ability to manually intervene in exceptional cases allows GoLilla to handle even the most complex scenarios while maintaining high service standards.
Customer service is integrated throughout the entire process—from order intake to post-delivery follow-up—with automated surveys used to measure satisfaction.
In its first year of operations (2024), GoLilla handled over 150,000 shipments. The company aims to exceed 350,000 deliveries in 2025 and reach 660,000 by 2027. With an on-time delivery rate of 97.2%, the model has proven both reliable and scalable.
“GoLilla was the first large-scale company to adopt our new cloud platform in Italy,“ explains Francesco Lo Chiatto, Senior Sales Account Executive at PTV Logistics. “Their challenge pushed us to improve even further: working with such a dynamic partner allowed us to validate our solutions in a highly complex and constantly changing environment.“
PTV OptiFlow is more than just a planning tool—it’s a driver of operational efficiency. Integrated with existing ERP, TMS, and WMS systems, it digitises the entire process. Through the PTV Axylog suite, it also provides end-to-end visibility, real-time monitoring, tracking, and service level control.
