Using the software TeamViewer, our support team can remotely access your computer. This way, they can identify problems and solve them quickly and effectively.
How does it work? Very simple:
- Download the customer module TeamViewer from the Internet: TeamViewer.
- Start the customer module Teamviewer by double-clicking on the file TeamviewerQS.exe. A window opens displaying your personal ID and password.
- Send your ID and password to our support team so that they can connect to your computer.
