Remote Support

Using the software TeamViewer, our support team can remotely access your computer. This way, they can identify problems and solve them quickly and effectively.

How does it work? Very simple:

  1. Download the customer module TeamViewer from the Internet: TeamViewer.
  2. Start the customer module Teamviewer by double-clicking on the file TeamviewerQS.exe. A window opens displaying your personal ID and password.
  3. Send your ID and password to our support team so that they can connect to your computer.
