You may have seen recent news about two serious security vulnerabilities in PHP, a programming language widely used to run websites and web applications. Here is where PTV Logistics stands.
Our systems are secure and running normally. We have found no indication that any PTV Logistics system or customer data has been affected.
Our IT and security teams responded as soon as the first reports appeared. They identified the PTV Logistics systems that use PHP and applied the official security fixes on 21 October, the day they were released. Internet-facing systems were patched first. Every affected system we have identified has now been patched, taken offline, or confirmed as not reachable from the internet. We are also working with our external service providers to confirm that they have done the same.
You do not need to take any action on your PTV Logistics products or services. Incidents like this often lead to a rise in phishing attempts across the industry, so please treat unexpected emails, links, or login requests with care. PTV Logistics will never ask you to share your password or install an update through an email link.
We will update this page if anything changes. If you have questions, contact us: info@ptvlogistics.com
